Lee County Health Department makes temporary move
FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Lee County Health Department will move some clinic services from its primary location on Michigan Avenue to offices in North Fort Myers beginning October 8th.
The move is being made while renovations are made.
Immunization, Family Planning, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and TB skin tests will be available in the health department clinic 83 Pondella Road. Women, infants and children services, as well as X-ray, will continue to serve clients at 3920 Michigan Avenue.
WIC clients will need to follow the signs directing them to the modular building behind the permanent structure. X-ray will continue to serve clients in its permanent location.
Clients can schedule an appointment by calling (239) 461-6100 for family planning and STD or (239) 344-2000.
