The NFL football refs are back on the field and feeling the love.

Four In Your Corner's Colleen Hogan has more on your thoughts on the new contract that got them back to work.

Walking through the stadium Thursday night, the ref's got treatment usually reserved for players. Flashing cameras and a long standing ovation when they reached the field.

Fans and coaches showered the refs with praise. But some of our Fox 4 Rising viewers, not as impressed, writing in on our Fox 4 Rising Facebook page.

Matthew W. Willett: "That sounds like $10,000.00 a game!! That's crazy but at least all the crying will stop."

Chad Ferguson: "I wish I could get that amount of money by blowing a whistle. People put too much emotion into football."
