Four injured in alcohol related North Naples crash

NORTH NAPLES, Fla. - Collier County deputies were involved in a high speed chase that ended in the fleeing suspect hitting a large pine tree at Randall Boulevard and 8th Street NE early this morning.

The 2011 BMW raced through a stop sign before hitting the tree.  All four occupants ended up going to the hospital for treatment.  One of those hurt suffered serious injuries and remains hospitalized.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the driver, 42-year-old Bryan Gardner of West Palm Beach, will face numerous charges.

Gardner is charged with Reckless Driving, Driving with a Revoked License, DUI, three counts of DUI with injuries and DUI with property damage
