LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. - They're looking for 28-year-old Juan Aguiar. One of those he's accused of hitting is in serious condition. The other five are in better shape. And neighbors aren't completely surprised by all of this.

A random beer can, a bag of trash, a stereo and  pool table are all that's left after a party at a Lehigh Acres home. A party that came to a tragic end when a driver barreling down Roma Avenue South hit six of the guests as they were leaving.  Now, some neighbors like 11-year-old Carlos Pagan wonder if anyone's safe.

"If i were to walk outside, walking down the street with my brother back to my house and i can get hit by a car," said Pagan.

"I was shocked," said another neighbor, who didn't want to show her face. She's nervous the hit and run driver was still on the loose and might return.

"Knock on one of the neighbors doors and try to get in so he can hide and whatever," she said. "You know that is concerning."

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) says Aguiar was behind the wheel Monday around 3 a.m., when he slammed into the six people with his car, a 1989 Ford Crown Victoria.

The chaos that ensued may have not caught neighbors' attention right away. Many told Fox 4 they're used to parties and commotion at that house.

"There's always loud noises coming from that house," said a neighbor.

FHP is asking for you help in finding the driver, Juan Aguiar. You can call them at (239) 938-1800.
