Lehigh Acres 7-Eleven Robbed
LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. - Lee County Sheriff's investigators are looking for an armed suspect who held up the 7-Eleven at 530 Joel Boulevard in Lehigh Acres early this morning.
Deputies says a man armed with a black handgun approached the store clerk stating "he was a nice guy but owes a lot of people money." He then demanded cash from the register as the clerk warned the suspect that she had already pushed the silent panic alarm.
The gunman then fled empty handed.
The suspect is described as a white male, wearing sunglasses, blue jeans and a blue sweat shirt. He was last seen driving away in a silver Ford Expedition.
