PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Three separate incidents on I-75 making for a dangerous and deadly day on the highway.
The first happening early this morning in Charlotte County, where a woman's body was hit by multiple cars. This was the scene on I-75 just south of the Harborview Road exit.
Some witnesses reporting that the woman was lying on the highway when she was hit by the first car, and then at least two more vehicles, including a semi truck. We're told she did not survive.
