CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - A 35 year-old Charlotte County man is accused of having sex with a teen girl while she was passed out.
Leonard Standley is in jail tonight on $15,000 bond.
Deputies say earlier this month he had a party at his house, and the 17-year-old victim had several drinks.
The victim says she passed out in Standley's bed, and when she woke up, she was naked from the waist down, and Standley was having sex with her.
Standley told detectives the sex was consensual.
