Tropical Storm Joyce no threat to U.S.

MIAMI, Fla. - The National Hurricane Center shows Tropical Storm Joyce should take a big turn to the north-northeast heading out into the open Atlantic.

Tropical Storm Joyce sits about 1305 miles east of the Leeward Islands with maximam sustained winds of 40 mph, tracking to the west-northwest at 17 mph.

Joyce shows little chance of strengthening in the next 48 hours.
