Shooting investigation blocks away from Golden Gate school
GOLDEN GATE, Fla. - Collier County deputies are looking for the person who shot a man in the hand.
The shooting happening around 11:30 this morning in Toucan Alley--located off Tropicana Boulevard in Golden Gate. That's just a few blocks from Golden Gate Middle School.
Deputies tell us the victim was taken to NCH after getting shot.
Detectives on scene in the area are searching for clues---and looking for more information.
