Pedestrian taken to hospital after crash
FORT MYERS, Fla.---A pedestrian has been taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
It happened near the intersection Cleveland Avenue and Carrell Road.The pedestrian was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital as a trauma alert. Two of the northbound lanes on Cleveland Avenue are closed as police investigate the crash. Drivers should avoid the area.
