Tropical depression 10 forms in Eastern Atlantic
MIAMI - The National Hurricane Center says Tropical depression 10 has formed in the Eastern Atlantic.
Forecasters expect the storm to become Tropical Storm Joyce sometime later today.
The current forecast track takes this storm on a more northern path than Tropical Storm Isaac.
The storm should pass to the north of Puerto Rico.
