FORT MYERS, Fla. - A scary situation over the weekend at the Bell Tower Movie Theater. Management calling the Sheriff's Office to report a person acting strange inside one of the theaters.
That person, Kelly Hair, was wearing a trench coat, sunglasses and a hat. Deputies searched the man and found a nine milimeter handgun. He did have a permit for the gun. He was issued a trespass notice and told not to return.
