FORT MYERS, Fla. - A man accused in the murder of a San Carlos Park woman is now being formally charged.
The State Attorney's Office charging Dustin Jaye with second degree murder and first degree armed burglary.
Jaye was arrested late last month for the july 24th murder of Debra Striano. Jaye's uncle, Billy Retherford, was also named as a suspect. Retherford was fatally shot by deputies earlier this month.
