CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A Florida man is being sentenced to 15 years in jail for trying to have sex with a 14 year old Cape Coral girl.
34 year-old Stephen Kozak was arrested last November after police discovered he had been posing as a 15 year old boy sending Facebook Messages to the teen saying he intended to have sex with her.
The girl's parents alerted Police who set up a fake rendezvous with Kozak leading to his arrest.
