FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Fort Myers family is accusing two Lee County deputies of using excessive force. The family says one even pulled out his weapon in front of several small children and it's all on video.
It happened last July in east Fort Myers. A family was having a party at their home when a lee county deputy arrested a man for drinking in public.
That's when the man's wife and children approach the officers and things escalate.
It ends with a deputy pointing his weapon at small children and arresting a woman and her teenage daughter.
We'll have a full report on Fox 4 News at 10pm tonight.
