Charlotte County woman found guilty of sexually assaulting her toddler
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - A Charlotte County jury found 28-year-old Melissa Bailey guilty of Capital Sexual Assault.
Bailey sexually assaulted her 18-month-old daughter. Bailey faces a mandatory life sentence for her crime.
Bailey's then boyfriend, Glenn Nelson, was also arrested for the crime. He accepted a plea deal and is currently serving time.
