FORT MYERS, Fla. - A decisive victory happening last night in the hotly contested race for the GOP bid in Congressional District 19.
Local radio personality Trey Radel won by a 30 to 22 percent lead over the next closest opponent Chauncey Goss.
Radel will now face Democrat Jim Roach in the November election for the Congressional seat being vacated by southwest Florida congressman Connie Mack.
Trey Radel is married to Fox 4 Anchor Amy Wegmann.
