LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Like every else in Lee County, voter turnout here in Cape Coral has been low but steady.

As of 4:30pm, the Lee County Elections office is reporting an 8% voter turnout.  That's without counting absentee and mail in ballots.

At that rate, total turnout may not even reach 30-35%. One reason for low turnout, election officials say, could be that the primary was moved back two weeks this year.

If you're heading out to vote, the polls close at 7pm.
