NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - Investigators say they have the man responsible for a homicide in Suncoast Estates last month.
22 year old Kortney Sturgis is charged with second degree murder tonight.
Deputies say he fatally shot Steven Riggs during an argument on July 9th.
Witnesses tell deputies the two were drinking and using drugs when a verbal argument ended with Sturgis shooting Riggs several times.
Tonight, Sturgis is in the Lee County jail without bond.
