Publication goes after Congressional candidate Radel
FORT MYERS, Fla. - National publication "Mother Jones" is going after southwest Florida congressional candidate Trey Radel.
Mother Jones reported on its website that starting in 2005, Radel, through his business trey enterprises, purchased several sexually charged domain names. Many of the names tied to slang expressions in Spanish. The risque names have all since expired. Radel, a Republican, tells FOX 4 his employees bought and sold thousands of domain names.
As soon as Radel learned of these purchases, he reprimanded the employees and eventually fired them.
Trey Radel is married to FOX 4 anchor Amy Wegmann.
