CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - Fox 4 Troubleshooter Colleen Hogan is getting a woman's money back from an over-payed red light traffic camera ticket.
The Charlotte County woman had tried for eight months to get her refund, but not having any luck she came to Four In Your Corner's Colleen Hogan.
The red light camera company says the woman's check is in the mail.
