Lehigh teens will be tried as adults
FORT MYERS---Two Lehigh Acres teens accused of a double murder will be tried as adults.
A Grand Jury is indicting 16 year old Justin Wirth and 17 year old Clayton Combs.
The two are facing First Degree murder charges for the deaths of Amy Lorah and her son Dalton Haley.
They were found shot to death in their Lehigh Acres home last month.
Combs and Wirth will now be transferred from a juvenile facility to the Lee County Jail where they will
be held with no bond. Because of their ages the teens will not face the death penalty.
