FORT MYERS, Fla. - A man is in intensive care after being hit by a fly ball at a local spring training game.

We're told the 56 year-old man was watching the Tampa Rays play the Twins at Hammond Stadium when he was hit in the head by the ball.

He's being treated at Gulf Coast Hospital for what his wife says is a brain hemorrhage.

He is expected to recover.
