Homeless man faces new charges of child pornography

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - New charges have been brought up on a Port Charlotte homeless man. 22-year-old Michael Ferris has been in jail since last November after having sex with a 12-year-old girl.
Charlotte County Sheriff's Deputies found eight child pornography pictures and a child porn video on his cell phone that was confiscated back in November.
He remains in jail on no bond.
