Rubio takes on contraception rule
Florida senator Marco Rubio is taking on the Obama administration when it comes to a new rule regarding birth control.
Senator Rubio is proposing a law that would make Catholic institutions exempt from a mandatory birth control coverage stipulation in the president's new health care plan.
Right now, churches are exempt but not schools or universities run by churches. Rubio, who is Catholic, says the exemption needs to be extended.
So, what do you think? Should church run institutions be exempt from providing birth control coverage?
