Browder's job search expands
Now applying for Superintendent post in Palm Beach
PALM BEACH - A spokesman with the Palm Beach School District confirms former Lee County School Superintendent James Browder is a finalist for the Superintendent position there.
Browder is also a finalists for the superintendent job in Anchorage, Alaska. The Palm Beach District has some 170,000 students -- more than twice as many students as Lee County. The position pays between $225,000 to $285,000 annually.
The spokesman also confirms that another Lee County School District employee, Constance Jones, is a finalist for the job.
