Another Edison dean resigns
FORT MYERS - Another dean at Edison State College is gone.
Associate Dean and director of the Quality Enhancement Plan Kevin Shriner handed in his resignation on Dec. 16.
Shriner tells Fox 4 he is leaving because he found a "better job" as dean of academic affairs at Everglades University in Boca Raton.
He says his decision to leave is career-based and has nothing to do with the recent turmoil.
The move follows a recent string of resignations, reassignments and firings at the scandal-plagued school.
The college says they don't comment on personnel matters.
Shriner's last day is Jan. 13.
