FORT MYERS - Exciting news tonight in the recovery of a southwest Florida soldier seriously injured in the line of duty.
Fox 4 has new video of Private First Class Corey Kent walking on his new prosthetic legs at outpatient therapy up in Washington D.C.
Corey lost both legs and his hand when he stepped on an IED, while serving in Afghanistan in April of 2010.
Thanks to his new legs, Corey's slowly getting back to normal life, even hitting the links.
His stepdad tells me next weekend they're going to a packers game at lambo field.
