A FOX 4 viewer is $613 richer after Troubleshooter Colleen Hogan stepped in for him and got his money back after his paycheck was stolen.

Rafael Ponze was working construction at the new Red Sox Stadium in Ft. Myers but one recent payday, his check was stolen from his supervisor's truck at the work site.

Ponze thinks one of his fellow employees stole the check and cahsed it at one of those check-cashing stores in Immokalee. Lee County Sheriff's Deputies investigated and documented the crime but Ponze still wasn't having any luck getting reimbursed from his company Williams Construction.

He'd been trying for two months to get his money back and it wasn't until I stepped in that we were able to get this resolved. Ponze and his fiancee called and said they got the check for all the money he was due and they're of course very, very happy.

If you have an issue I can help you with, let me know, here at the station or you can find me on my Facebook page, it's "Colleen Hogan FOX."
