School bus crash in Fort Myers
FORT MYERS---Westbound Daniels at Metro in Fort Myers was shut down Friday afternoon due to a school bus crash.
FHP responded to today's crash.
Emergency officials on scene say the driver of the school bus stopped at the railroad tracks, located just west of Daniels Parkway, and a car rear-ended it.
The bus came from Six Mile Cypress Charter School.
No students were injured in the accident, the driver of the car was treated for some cuts and bruises.
FHP troopers tell Fox 4 the driver will get a careless driving ticket.
