Two people have been cited after Collier County Deputies say they hit a patrol car that was responding to an emergency.
It happened at the intersection of Santa Barbara and Golden Gate Parkway.
According to the police reports, drivers Diamela Alvarez and Patricio Garza didn't see the deputy and drove into him.
Alvarez and the deputy both had minor injuries. They were cited for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
