NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla.-- Harriet the bald eagle, from the famed Southwest Florida Eagle cam, now has her own children's book!
The book is called "A Day with Harriet", and it is written by Ginnie Pritchett McSpadden, co-creator of the SWFEC. the book highlights a day with the bald eagle at her North Fort Myers nest.
The author says the book is perfect for kids of any age. She says the book was inspired by real life events and some pictures were taken directly from the eagle cam.
