MOORE HAVEN, Fla. -- A warning from the Glades County Sheriff's Office about a new phone scam targeting your Apple or Microsoft account.
Deputies say the caller will claim there's a problem with your account and they need your email address and password information to fix it. They tell you you'll be given the option to talk to a representative and that's when they try to get money from you.
So if you get a call like this, hang up and report it.
