A suspect is still on the run after allegedly robbing a Walgreens of prescription medication, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said.
It happened at approximately 3:35 pm at the Walgreens located on Pine Ridge Road on Saturday.
Witnesses said the man went int the pharmacy and demanded pills from an employee. The employee gave the suspect an undisclosed type and amount of medication before the suspect fled the scene, CCSO said.
No weapon was displayed and no one was injured.
The suspect is described as 6'6" wearing a green hoodie, tan pants, and carrying a brown backpack.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
