Pizzeria owner pleads guilty to child abuse and battery on teen employees in Cape Coral

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Cape Coral man has pleaded guilty to sexually harassing two teenaged girls who worked at his pizzeria.

62-year-old Harry Kaltsounis plead guilty to one count of Child Abuse and one count of Battery on Thursday.  The plea agreement allows Kaltsounis to be prosecuted without the victims having to participate in a trial.

According to the State Attorney's Office, the girls say Kaltsounis sexually harassed them during their summer job by rubbing on their bodies, requiring them to wear very short shorts, kissing them and embarrassing them in front of other employees.

He owned Pizza Depot on Pine Island Road at Burnt Store Road.

Sentencing is scheduled for October 1st. Kaltsounis faces up to 5 years of incarceration.
