NAPLES, Fla. - Collier County deputies say a homeless man was arrested after he became belligerent at a motel.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office says it responded to the Red Roof Inn in Naples on Friday.
Guests said 42-year-old Dereck Joel Fox was in a wheelchair, and he was out of control.
Deputies say he was cursing in front of guests and throwing pool furniture into the pool.
His arrest report says he was drinking a hard iced tea and malt liquor at the time of the incident.
