OCHOPEE, Fla. -- Collier County deputies have released new details about a mysterious death investigation deep in Collier County.

Last week, the bodies of three people were found in a car parked along Tamiami Trail just west of the Collier/Miami-Dade county line.

Thursday the sheriff's office identified three as 47-year-old Jesus Valencia of Miami and his two daughters: 18-year-old Jael Valencia and 7-year-old Melani Valencia.

Investigators believe Jesus shot and killed them both before turning the gun on himself.

This case is also tied to another murder in Miami, but that victim hasn't been identified.
