CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- A new perspective has been released on a deadly shooting in northeast Cape Coral involving a police officer last October.

An officer killed 34-year-old Rolly Thomas during a stand-off that began as a domestic dispute at his home on Northeast 43rd Lane.

Several minutes of police body-cam video from that night have just been released.  Most of the videos show various angles of police responding to the tense scene.

Investigators say Thomas eventually opened fire during negotiations, forcing officer Matthew Mills to return fire, killing Thomas. The state attorney says Officer Mills used justified force.

Thomas' estranged girlfriend and three children were removed from the home.
