CAPE CORAL, Fla. - School begins in Newtown, Connecticut. The emotional wounds remain in this small New England town.
At the White House, Wednesday afternoon, the President giving Joe Biden the task of once again tackling the age old problem of gun violence. A local gun range owner was watching the afternoon press conference.
"There is no perfect system,"said Tom Samean.
Samean says there has been one argument that has been used for decades against stricter gun laws.
"Guns do not kill people, people kill people. Kane killed Abel with a rock," said Samean.
He says much of the problem remains in the wrong people that are allowed to purchase guns.
"A background check system that functions properly," said Samean.
