Matlacha reef project moving forward
MATLACHA - The reef project for the old Matlacha bridge is moving forward.
Organizers are finalizing plans to turn the "most fishingness bridge in the country" to become a reef.
Since the initiative wasn't part of the original contract when the new bridge was built, organizers wanted to keep the bridge alive in the form of a reef. We will have more on this story coming up on Fox 4 news at 6, 10, and 11
