NAPLES - The 5th Avenue South Business Improvement Districted on at brand new program at in front of Bice Ristorante on Thursday afternoon.
The Hanging Basket Program for Fifth Avenue South aims to bring more color to the popular strip.
New hanging flower baskets were installed on lamp posts along three hundred block of 5th Ave. S.
The organization is looking for businesses and private citizens to sponsor a basket with one goal in mind.
"Our goal is to do the whole street with beautiful hanging baskets and give 5th avenue a bright vibrant look to go along with all the good things that are happening on 5th," said Lou Vlasho.
