Lee County Animal Services overflowing with bunnies
FORT MYERS -- Lee County Animal Services is overflowing with rabbits due to a hoarding situation.
More than 40 English Lop and Mini Lop rabbits were surrendered by their owner after she became overwhelmed.
The owner was cited by Animal Services.
The rabbits are ready for adoption. Fox 4 Reporter John Rupolo is investigating the case and looking into what problems this hoarding situation is creating for Lee County Animal Services.
