Crowds turn out for Halloween Spooktacular in Naples
NAPLES, Fla. - Witches, ghosts and goblins packed Fifth Ave. S. in Downtown Naples for the 2nd Annual Halloween Spooktacular on Fifth.
"We usually go out in (Golden Gate) estates but we wanted to try something different," said Cynthia Shook.
The E. Collier Co. Resident along with her husband brought the couple's two children to go trick-or-treating along Fifth Ave, where businesses were handing out candy.
This event kicked-off with children’s activities from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and there was a costume contest sponsored by Shamrock Bank.
The Halloween Spooktacular also featured live bands, a giant movie playing, along with and adult and pet costume contests up and down Fifth Ave. S. -- from U.S. 41 all the way down to 3rd St.
The event wrapped at 9:30pm
