Cape Coral Declares State of Emergency
CAPE CORAL -- The City of Cape Coral has declared a state of emergency and has closed City Hall Monday.
The city says all meetings scheduled for Monday will be re-scheduled, and a local state of emergency will allow law enforcement to implement additional safety measures.
