Man charged in San Carlos homicide, second suspect wanted

Fox 4 Now Jul. 31, 2012

The suspects are identified as Dustin Jaye and his uncle Billy Ray Retherford Jr., from North Fort Myers. Detectives have learned the pair targeted the victim's residence because of valuables they knew were inside.
