Trial date set for Boston bombing suspect
BOSTON - The trial for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is scheduled to start November 3.
A federal judge set that date during a status hearing in a Boston court Wednesday morning.
Tsarnaev's lawyers had filed a report requesting that the trial start no earlier than September of next year.
Tsarnaev is charged with 30 federal counts stemming from last year's bombing, which left three people dead and more than 250 others injured.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
