LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. - Two suspects highlighted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers turned themselves in after videos showing them using stolen credit cards were released on Tuesday.

27-year-old Sixta Rivera Medina and 23-year-old Alfredo Medina of Lehigh Acres were contacted by a Lee County Sheriff's detectives and the duo subsequently turned themselves in Wednesday morning.

The Medina's were caught on camera at two Lehigh Acres stores and now Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in identifying them.

The duo were seen on camera making purchases ranging from fans to fast food with a credit card stolen from an unlocked car sometime around 11:30 p.m. January 14th.

Within 20 minutes of the theft the first purchase was made at Walgreens by a Hispanic female, with subsequent charges made by a Hispanic male for beer and other items.

The two went from business to business until their final destination of Walmart, where they were spotted trying to purchase children’s clothing.  The woman can be seen on camera swiping the stolen card, which by that point was declined as a result of the cardholder realizing she’d been victimized.
