FORT MYERS, Fla. - A semi-truck smashing into a power poll this morning in Fort Myers has left dozens without power.

Fort Myers Police say the semi-truck pictured above hit a power poll just before 8 a.m. at the intersection of Linhart Ave and Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers.

FPL crews arrived on scene around 9 a.m.

The semi-truck is currently holding the poll up.

FPL crews are currently on the scene working to isolate the power outage.

FPL supervisors were not exactly sure how many people are currently without power, but they tell Fox 4 that power should be completely restored to the area by the end of the day.
