Port Charlotte High grad now on FBI's most wanted list
SAN BERNADINO, Ca. - The FBI put Edly Albert Atherley II on its most wanted list. The Port Charlotte High School grad is wanted for the murder of his wife in San Bernadino, California.
Ashley Atherley, who also used to live in Charlotte County, was found dead in the couple's home on December 1.
Atherley was last seen on November 30 near his apartment. At the time he had a large, gash-type wound, that was bleeding heavily on his right hand. It is believed he may still be in the San Bernardino area.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Atherley's arrest.
The FBI bulletin states that Atherley is to be considered armed and dangerous, and possibly suicidal.
Earlier this week, Ashley Atherley's family laid her to rest in a funeral service in the Tampa Bay area.
