TAMPA, Fla. - The owner of the SUV involved in the Tampa crash that killed 5 people, including Fort Myers man Jim Ilias, is speaking out for the first time.

Scott Enfinger says there was nothing he could have done to stop Sunday morning's fiery crash.

Authorities say the driver of Enfinger's SUV, Daniel Morris, crashed head-on into a car carring Ilias and 3 other USF fraternity brothers on I-275. The crash killed Morris and the four men in the other car.

Hours earlier, Enfinger says Morris had been at a barbecue at his home before taking off in the SUV.

Enfinger says he went after Morris and wasn't able to get to him. He then told other partygoers to call police

Since the crash he's received several threats on social media.
